I’m a flutist living in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA but originally from Texas. I grew up singing in the school choir, performing in the band, and dreaming of becoming a professional musician. These dreams led me to the University of North Texas to complete the Doctor of Musical Arts degree. Now, I perform with the Richardson Symphony Orchestra on flute and piccolo in addition to teaching the flute!

      
 With my students, I emphasize habits that promote physical well-being for a confident performance and teach practical strategies for student success. Whether your goal is to prepare for auditions or learn to play your favorite flute tunes, I’m here to help you learn the flute online or in-person!
